Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour or service with Holy Voyages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit
- Full payment must be made before the departure date as specified in your booking confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the specified date
2.2 Payment Methods
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways
- All payments are processed securely
- Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- 60+ days before departure: 75% refund
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- Visa fees are non-refundable
3.2 Cancellation by Holy Voyages
- Full refund if we cancel due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances
- We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
4. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas
- We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date
5. Health and Insurance
- Customers must have appropriate travel and health insurance
- Declare any medical conditions that may affect your travel
- Follow all health and safety guidelines during the tour
6. Liability
6.1 Our Responsibility
- We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers
- We ensure quality control but cannot guarantee perfection
6.2 Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for their belongings and conduct
- Any damage caused by customers to property will be charged
- Follow local laws and customs
7. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
- Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided
- Customers will be notified of major changes
8. Disputes
- Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation
- Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
